We loved the spaciousness of the room. There was plenty of room to lay things out and not feel like we were tripping over them or each other. We selected a double queen suite and it had a kitchenette and attached table/desk. The breakfast options included fruit and oatmeal. There is a indoor pool that we utilized while staying at the hotel. A Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and grocery store are both within walking distance. The hotel is in a more recently developed area of Dickinson and away from the downtown and other established areas which worked to our liking. The hotel was at max capacity that weekend and felt crowded at times in the hallways, elevator areas, and in the breakfast room but once we were in our rooms we hardly could hear noise from the hallways or rooms above/below ours. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time we stay in Dickinson.

When got into our room we found the toilet to be inoperable. I called the front desk and they said they would get maintenance up right away. A few minutes later they called and said the maintenance man was in the middle of a large pool repair and asked if they could move us across the hall. We said of course, we have not even started unpacking our suit cases. The front desk woman was up within 5 minutes and moved us across the hall to a up graded suite! That's great service!!

We have been traveling across the US and most places the front staff have not paid any attention. Jennifer was very pleasant and welcoming. Later she even lead us to where we could wash the locust off our car. Dylan at night was also very friendly helping us with an issue in our room. Jennifer even greeted my daughter the next morning at breakfast(my daughter loved her and the donut was a bonus). The two staff members were wonderful.

Nice, spacious rooms with sink, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, etc in kitchenette. Appreciated the laundry facilities in the building - clean and accessible. Was really pleasantly surprised with the size of the room - made it very helpful for our family roadtrip.

We did the online checkin before arriving. When we got there, everything was ready for us. Very comfortable and big room. Loved having the pump bottles in the shower. Breakfast area was very clean and kept up with. Will definitely stay again.
